We had our carpets cleaned by others during May this year and the result was a disaster to the extent that we were looking at the possibility of having the whole lot relayed. It was a bit of luck that we looked up the Yellow Pages and gave your office a ring.
I could not speak too highly of the chaps who undertook this task. In addition to efficiency they created an uplifting atomosphere, which in our experience, is seldom encountered.
We had a chat at the end of the job about figure routine maintenance. They were impressed with my wife's 30 year old Hoover but tactfully suggested that the carpet would respond better to an updated machine. In any event a couple of weeks later we purchased an "ST BK Dyson DC07 Lifetime Hepa Filter Up".
